Products & Pricing
We make every effort to present our products, colours, sizes, materials and photographs as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
All prices displayed on our webshop include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product information or pricing. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing the affected item.
Product availability is subject to stock. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until your order has been successfully placed.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order through our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device and payment provider.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed by us. If we are unable to fulfil an order, for example because an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for the affected item.
All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. Kippale does not store your complete payment card details.

We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Available shipping options and the applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place your order.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at sales@kippale.eu
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.
Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer law.
Return requests can be submitted through My Account → Returns. Please submit your return request before sending any items back to us.
For normal returns, such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, Kippale will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where required by applicable consumer law, a full withdrawal from an order also includes reimbursement of the original standard delivery charge.

Warranty & Liability
Consumer purchases are covered by the applicable two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us at sales@kippale.eu so that we can help resolve the issue.
Kippale is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect care, normal wear and tear, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law.
Privacy & Personal Data
We respect your privacy and process your personal data only as necessary to operate our webshop, process and deliver your orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.
Your personal data may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to provide our services, such as payment providers and delivery partners.

All content on the Kippale website, including our brand name, logo, product photographs, text, graphics and website content, is owned by or licensed to Swissbex B.V. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Nothing on this website grants any right to use the Kippale name, logo or other protected brand elements without our permission.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint or a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first at sales@kippale.eu. We will always try to find a fair and practical solution together.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example when our services, payment methods or legal requirements change. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
