Shipping & Delivery

At Kippale, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Free shipping in BeNeLux is available on orders of €50 or more.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are generally:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Netherlands & Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
• Other European destinations: 3–7 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
